The project area it’s located only at 50 kilometers on a straight lane of Los Mochis City, Sinaloa, as well as the International Airport of Los Mochis, Sinaloa.

The land it’s placed on a plane surface, which is slightly elevated comparing with the Sea of Cortes. It measures 650 hectares and it has a great touristic-building potential of at least 430 hectares. The land is mostly flat and with excellent draining; however, it has an amazing dune area for a recreational environment and great scenery.

The main Access is through a paved highway via Los Mochis-Ahome-Las Lajitas; it’s a four lane highway from Los Mochis to Villa de Ahome and a two lane way from Villa de Ahome to Las Lajitas.

he total length of the paved way it’s 43 kilometers.

From the destination to the paved highway there is a country road of only 15 kilometers.
